Role Description The Video Operations & Equipment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin 4 from July 2026. You will be the primary point of contact between our film and drama clients and our talented team of freelance video operators. This is a role perfect for someone who enjoys the technical nature of film and video production equipment, the challenge of creative thinking, and the organisational nature of production. The role involves coordinating with producers, project managers, directors, and freelance crew to understand equipment requirements, supporting on-set logistics, and helping troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. The coordinator will also communicate with clients and internal teams regarding equipment needs, contribute to efficient studio operations, and uphold Courtyard’s standards for reliability and professionalism in video production.
Reporting to the two company directors, it’s a unique opportunity for an organised professional to work with one of the leading video services facilities in the industry, taking pride in keeping the kit room running like clockwork, accurate project and equipment tracking, collaborating with a busy in-house creative team, a cohort of freelance professionals and exacting clients. The successful candidate will also work as a valued crew member on our varied corporate and TVC productions.
