Hotel Killarney is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of our restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining high standards, and leading the team during service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure service, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Support stock control, cash handling, and departmental targets.
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
