We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our construction team in the Mid West region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site.
- Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, BCAR, and Health & Safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
- Coordinate and attend site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams.
- Oversee quality control and ensure works meet required specifications and company standards.
- Manage site logistics, sequencing of works, and programme delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor (main contractor experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and modern construction methods.
- Experience managing subcontractor packages effectively.
- Competent in using construction management systems and IT tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Pay: €19.14-€70.22 per hour
