Experienced Sushi Chef Wanted – Clonakilty, Co. Cork
We are currently looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at our Sushi Kiosk in Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
Position:
Full-Time Sushi Chef
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef is essential
- Strong knife skills and sushi preparation experience
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh sushi and related products daily
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk
- Checking food labels, dates, and stock rotation daily
- Assisting with stock control and preparation
- Supporting daily operations and maintaining product quality
