Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled and motivated Architectural Metalwork Installers and Pergola Installers to join our expanding team.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and high-quality installation across a variety of commercial and residential sites. The role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the professionalism to work independently or as part of a site team while meeting agreed timelines and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, plans, specifications, and job instructions.
- Install balustrade systems (glass, aluminium, steel or composite) and external/internal cladding systems to a high standard.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures, industry standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Carry out site preparation, setting out, fixing, alignment, and finishing works with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients, raising any site issues, risks, or delays promptly.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting defects, damage, or servicing requirements as required.
- Complete job cards, reports, photos, and documentation using company scheduling and job management software.
- Work flexibly across multiple sites and locations nationwide, including occasional evening or weekend work when required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ on-site installation experience, ideally within Pergola’s, balustrade, cladding, façade, architectural metalwork, or similar construction-related trades.
- Strong understanding of fixings, tolerances, levels, and finishes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to site conditions.
- High level of workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew.
- Confident using mobile apps or software for job cards, scheduling, and reporting.
- Full, valid Irish or EU driving licence essential.
Health & Safety & Qualifications
- Current Safe Pass (essential).
- MEWP / Working at Heights certification (desirable).
- Manual Handling certification (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety practices.
- First Aid certification is an advantage.

- EU/EEA nationals must provide proof of right to work in Ireland.
- Non-EU/EEA nationals must hold current and valid permission to work and reside in the Republic of Ireland.

Full-Time Contract of Employment with normal working hours Monday to Friday
OOHW at time/half
6-month probation period applies to all contract types
