About the Role
Insight Marketing is gearing up for another exciting and busy year and is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors & Event Drivers.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining promotional marketing, experiential campaigns, event logistics, and van driving. Successful candidates will play a key part in delivering high-impact activations, representing leading brands, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from setup to completion.
This position offers casual and ad-hoc work throughout the year, with opportunities for regular hours during peak campaign periods. It is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys a mix of customer-facing promotional work and practical event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Insight Marketing and our client brands in a professional and engaging manner.
- Interact confidently with the public and create positive brand experiences.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and de-rig of experiential marketing campaigns and events.
- Drive company vans to transport promotional equipment, products, and event materials.
- Support event logistics, stock management, and on-site operations.
- Work closely with campaign teams, team leads, and clients to ensure successful activations.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, reliability, and brand representation at all times.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Full, clean B Driving License.
- Over 23 years old for insurance purposes.
- Van driving experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including occasional early starts, evenings, and weekends.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in experiential marketing, brand ambassador work, promotions, or events.
- Event setup and logistics experience.
- C Driving Licence.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
