Townbe provides self-catering accommodation and services to people applying for International Protection. Our residents are IPO applicants from many different countries, have a wide variety of needs and support requirements.
We are seeking full time staff to join our team! We have day shift and night shift roles.
Report to: Centre Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Cleaning of wide range of communal areas.
* Cleaning of residents bedroom areas after departures.
* Observation of and reporting center maintenance needs as working.
* Supporting completion of weekly room checks.
* Correct storage and use of chemicals and equipment. Prepare inventory for reorders.
* Adherence to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Completion of HK related checklists and cleaning verification forms for daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Ensuring maintenance of documents in Register of Housekeeping.
* Completion of deep cleaning program items as they are assigned.
* Will be assigned adhoc items as business needs arise.
* Participate in Staff Consultation Meeting.
* Induction and training provided into role provided.
* Must complete mandatory training classes, as communicated by company.
