We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, supervise site activities, ensure health and safety compliance, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and suppliers
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
- Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Report progress, issues, and delays to project management
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Safe Pass / CSCS card (or relevant certification)
- Full driving licence
Pay: €45,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
