At wed2b, our Store Managers combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine focus on people-both customers and team members. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive sales performance, develop your team, and ensure every bride receives a personalised and supportive experience.
What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Take ownership of overall store performance, using data and insight to drive results

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment

Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a strong internal talent pipeline

Lead from the front through visible, hands-on management on the shop floor

Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and support
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role (luxury or customer-focused environment preferred)

A strong track record of delivering sales results and managing KPIs

Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others

Highly organised, adaptable, and solution-focused

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance commercial focus and empathy

Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays

Fluent in English and Dutch
