Responsible for Business or House calls to go onsite and provide accurate specifications to be able to quote and carry out the following works:
- Retrofitting of Air to Water Heat Pumps alongside underfloor heating & radiators
- Retrofitting of Thermodynamics Systems
- Retrofitting of Wood Pellet Boilers
- Retrofitting of Solid Fuel, Oil & Wood Pellet Stove
- Installation of air source heat pumps alongside underfloor heating and radiators
- Ability to quote concisely.
- Ability to inform customers of Technical aspects of product being sold
- Site visits to advise on technical aspects of design, installation, or warranty claims.
- Liaison with builders, trades, and homeowners - always maintaining a professional and courteous manner whilst you represent the company.
- Striving to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Passionately promote the product range & take advantage of any opportunities to up or cross-sell products.
- Promote & sale other product range(s) within Cremur.
- Promote, sell, secure orders from existing & prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate product/services to existing/potential customers & assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Attend Weekly Sales meetings to report on all aspects of sales.
- Develop clear & effective written proposals/quotations for current & prospective customers.
- Keep management informed by submitting your sales activity & results reports, such as weekly work plans, & monthly sales analyses.
- Having clear & concise understanding of all associated technical literature and data, to include but not limited to all supplier manuals.
- Be fully aware & implement all known safety procedures & recommendations when recommending a system to customers.
- Continuous updating of your knowledge on new technologies as they are introduced to Cremur.
- Continually review and make recommendations for product and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
Person Specification:
- Must demonstrate a positive and versatile ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be happy to work alone or as part of a small team
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be capable of building positive working relationships to deliver high levels of customer service
Hours of Work:
Mon – Friday, Finish at 4.30pm.
We will also accept applications from self-employed Plumbers.
Place of work:
As required by company workload, covering primarily Kerry.
Additional information:
Previous experience that would be desirable but not essential;
- Previous experience installing heat pumps or other renewable systems
- Previous experience/qualifications for working with F-Gas
Start Date:
Immediate start available for the right candidate
Relevant Criteria:
- Plumbing qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in plumbing
- Capable of planning out pipework and accurately estimating materials and labour
- Safe pass
- Full clean drivers licence
- Must be Computer literate
- Must have excellent spoken and written English
- Must be able to perform basic paperwork and record keeping
