We are currently seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys managing day-to-day office operations while also supporting accounts and administration functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting management with administrative and financial tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration role
- Experience in Accounts is essential
- Ability to process & track orders from multiple suppliers is required
- An organised individual who can work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferable
