Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the Giftware & Fashion Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent service and product knowledge. The successful candidate must be flexible to the hours and days worked.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Have relevant previous experience in a similar role working within the Giftware, Homewares and Fashion in retail.
Have an interest in working in a Giftware, Homewares and Fashion department.
Be proficient in providing excellent customer service.
Have a magnificent work ethic to bring to the team.
Be available for an immediate start.
Be flexible and available for day and weekend work.
Be ready to hit the ground running.
Main duties:
- Actively live the Store brand values i.e., Genuine; Enthusiastic; Vibrant; Committed; Innovative and Imaginative.
- Drive sales by ensuring that customer service and store standards are met on a daily basis.
- Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistent with store policy.
- Merchandise and present department to the highest standard; Implement plans correctly.
- By remaining up-to-date with new products and initiatives.
- Enhance product knowledge by gaining information from a range of sources and sharing ideas, suggestions, and builds.
- Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.
- Completing all relevant delivery documentation and invoices.
