Key Responsibilities

Assemble server systems and subassemblies in accordance with work instructions and engineering specifications

Install hardware components including motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage devices, power supplies, and network cards

Perform system configuration, BIOS setup, and firmware updates
-
Execute functional and diagnostic testing using approved tools and procedures
-
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and system-level faults
-
Ensure all units meet quality standards before release
-
Maintain accurate production records and traceability documentation
-
Adhere to ESD, quality, and safety procedures at all times
-
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S principles
Requirements
-
Experience in electronics assembly, PC build, or manufacturing environment
-
Good understanding of computer hardware (e.g., CPU, RAM, storage, networking)
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Familiarity with BIOS configuration and hardware diagnostics
-
Experience in server or data center hardware manufacturing desireable
-
High attention to detail with a focus on quality
-
Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures accurately
-
Basic IT skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools
-
Willingness to assist all areas of production to meet on time delivery requirements

Good communication and teamwork skills
