Camden Court Hotel
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Night Porter to join our team at Camden Court Hotel. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive excellent service throughout the night while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel environment.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Night Porter, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Welcoming guests and assisting with Front Desk duties, including responding to guest queries and requests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and the hotel premises throughout the night.
- Setting up and maintaining conference and meeting rooms according to hotel requirements.
- Assisting with Food & Beverage service when required.
- Carrying out general cleaning duties and ensuring public areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Responding efficiently to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise during the night.
- Completing regular security checks throughout the hotel.
- Supporting other departments and carrying out additional duties as required by management.
- Ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team at the end of each shift.
