Leisure Centre Supervisor
The Four Star Bloomfield House Hotel, located 5 minutes from Mullingar Town, is looking to recruit a Leisure Club Supervisor to work with the Leisure Club Manager to lead the team and develop the club.
Purpose of the Role:
To assist the Leisure Club Manager in the Leisure Centre to effectively and efficiently with Health and safety always top priority , showing an excellent profitability, ensuring that the day to day operation offers friendly qualified staff and outstanding customer service.
Report to: Leisure Club Manager
Main Responsibilities:
· Assisting the Lesiure Club Manager in providing leadership across all aspects of the centre.
. Pool Plant Operator trained , Qualified Swim Teacher, Pool Life Guard trained
. Present/teach Aqua Classes
· Ensuring compliance with health, safety and legal requirements.
· Attracting new members and retaining existing members;
· Generating revenue & training staff
· Assisting in organising, training and supervising staff, including drawing up staff rotas
· Carrying out health and safety checks on equipment and plant and arranging the cleaning of all areas;
· Maintaining high levels of customer care and handling complaints, as necessary
· Delivering fitness training when required
· Preparing and checking stock, and cashing up money
The Ideal Candidate:
· Pool life guard qualified, Pool Plant Operator trained and also Qualified Swim Teacher
. Fitness Instructor qualification
· Strong Health and Safety knowledge
· Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Dynamic and hands-on.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
· Ability to lead, delegate and motivate staff.
· Excellent IT skills.
