About the Role
Padel 100 is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Club Host to join our team.
As a Club Host, you’ll be one of the main faces of the club and play an important part in creating a welcoming, friendly and well-run environment for everyone who visits.
This is a hands-on role combining customer service, reception duties and day-to-day club operations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, can work independently and takes pride in keeping the club running to a high standard.
Padel experience is preferred but not essential – full training on our systems and club procedures will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming players and providing excellent customer service
- Checking players in and assisting with court bookings
- Managing bookings and customer details through Playtomic
- Helping new customers understand how padel works and getting them started
- Ensuring all players using the courts are correctly registered on their booking
- Answering customer questions in person, by phone and through club communication channels
- Supporting coaching sessions, social games, tournaments and club events
- Helping promote upcoming coaching, classes and events to customers
- Managing racket and ball rentals
- Keeping the reception/kiosk, courts and surrounding club areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Carrying out regular checks of the courts and equipment
- Reporting any maintenance, safety or operational issues to the Site Manager
- Opening and/or closing the club where required
- Helping create a friendly community atmosphere and encouraging players to get involved in club activities
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with customers
- Available weekdays as well as weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during your shift
- Organised and able to deal with a busy club environment
- Comfortable using apps and basic booking/administration systems
- Interested in sport, fitness or community-based activities
- Available to work evenings and/or weekends
- Proactive – if something needs to be done, you’re happy to get on with it
Previous padel experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, gyms, sports clubs or reception roles would also be an advantage.
