Key Responsibilities
- Carry out industrial and specialist cleaning services to the highest standards.
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Work safely at height using ladders, water-fed pole systems, MEWPs and other access equipment where required.
- Complete a variety of specialist cleaning tasks, including:
- Commercial window cleaning
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Industrial deep cleaning
- Floor scrubbing, polishing and restoration
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- High-level cleaning
- Specialist and general commercial cleaning
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial or specialist cleaning.
- Good level of spoken English.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Safe Pass (preferred but not essential).
Training
Full training will be provided on McKechnie Cleaning Services' equipment, procedures and safe systems of work.
