We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Support Workers to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will support elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing medication prompting
- Helping with mobility and daily living activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
