Rívesci is a multi-award-winning independent Irish food producer based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Alongside our artisan food business, we operate a takeaway coffee shop where quality, consistency and genuine customer service are at the heart of everything we do.
We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Coffee Shop Operations Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our coffee shop and help us continue delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

About the Role
This is a hands-on supervisory role that combines coffee preparation, customer service, team supervision and day-to-day operational responsibility.
You'll lead by example, ensuring every customer enjoys consistently excellent coffee and friendly service while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.
We're looking for someone who treats our coffee shop with the same care, pride and attention they would if it were their own. Someone who notices the little details, is passionate about quality, enjoys making people's day and wants to play an important role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop.
- Prepare consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
- Open and close the coffee shop following company procedures.
- Supervise, support and delegate the team during each shift.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Ensure daily operational HACCP checklists are completed.
- Resolve day-to-day customer and operational issues professionally.
- Work closely with the business owners to continuously improve the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a coffee shop or hospitality environment.
- Can confidently prepare espresso-based coffee.
- Latte art is a no-brainer and you can do it in your sleep.
- Is friendly, positive and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Is reliable, trustworthy and highly organised.
- Can work independently and use their own initiative.
- Leads by example and enjoys supporting colleagues.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and consistently delivering quality.
- Wants to be part of a growing independent Irish business.
Being a team player is essential. We're a small, close-knit team and believe the best results come from people who support one another, communicate openly and are always willing to lend a hand. We value kindness, respect, reliability and a positive attitude just as highly as experience.
Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential for the right person.
