The Opportunity
We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the nuances of premium service, and thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, attentive service with a focus on guest experience
- Prepare and present cocktails, wines, and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently guide guests through the offering
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar at all times
- Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth, professional service
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, quality-led bar or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, and wines
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
- Calm and efficient under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for evenings and weekends
