Blackwell Contracts is inviting applications from a highly skilled and adaptable carpenter for immediate start.
We are a Cavan-based company working mainly across Dublin, with some travel to other sites required from time to time. This is a full-time position working on a variety of construction sites in Dublin and the surrounding areas, with a primary focus on refurbishment projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will bring solid experience in renovations and commercial fit-outs, and will be comfortable working across a range of live construction sites. You'll work closely with our team and subcontractors, sometimes under your own initiative and sometimes as part of a wider crew.
Requirements
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Current Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (essential)
- Proven experience in renovations and commercial fit-outs
- Abrasive Wheels, Working at Heights, and MEWP tickets are an advantage but not essential
- Self-motivated, honest, flexible, and hardworking
- Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, and to liaise effectively with subcontractors
Rates of pay can be discussed
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From €25.00 per hour
