Purpose of the role
To work alongside the team to assemble, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time, maintain well-organised and accurately counted stock, and keep the warehouse and packing areas tidy, safe and fully stocked with the materials needed to fulfil orders.
Responsibilities
Order fulfilment:
● Assemble and pack customer orders accurately, ready for dispatch
● Book deliveries and arrange couriers as required
● Label and prepare packages in line with dispatch documentation
Stock management:
● Check in deliveries against purchase orders / delivery notes
● Put stock away correctly and in the designated locations
● Carry out regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
● Conduct expiry date checks and manage stock rotation (FEFO)
● Replenish stock on shelves and picking locations
● Replenish and monitor levels of packaging materials (cardboard boxes, bubble bags, tape, etc.)
Warehouse environment:
● Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised working environment at all times
● Ensure all activities comply with relevant health & safety and regulatory requirements
General & ad hoc support:
● Support the Customer Service team as required
● Carry out ad hoc duties as requested
Skills and qualifications
Essential
● 3-5 years' relevant working experience gained in Ireland
● Fluent, professional-standard spoken and written English
● Organised, accurate and detail-focused
● Reliable completer-finisher who takes ownership of tasks
● Self-motivated with a professional, positive attitude
● Able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
● Effective team player, willing to take direction
● Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office (email, simple data entry)
● Physically able to carry out manual handling duties (no forklift licence required)
Desirable
● Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, retail or fulfilment environment
● Intact IQ or similar stock/inventory system experience
**This is a hands-on, detail-focused role within a professional office environment - not a heavy industrial warehouse setting. No forklift driving is required.
Pay: €32,500.00 per year
