The Graduate Civil Design Programme is designed to develop well-rounded civil design professionals through structured exposure to both the Civil Engineering and Drafting functions within the Civil Design Department. The programme focuses on building technical capability, practical project understanding, communication skills, and professional confidence within a supportive office-based environment.
Graduates will work within a small collaborative team and will receive continuous mentorship from experienced engineers, designers, and drafters throughout the programme.
The programme is intended to:
- Support the growth and capability of the Civil Design Department
- Develop future Civil Designers and Engineers internally
- Create a strong pipeline of technically competent staff
- Provide graduates with practical project experience in a structured environment
- Encourage collaboration between engineering and drafting disciplines
