WAITRESS / BAR STAFF
Inishbofin House Hotel, Inishbofin Island, Co. Galway
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waiters / Bar Staff to join our team at Inishbofin House Hotel for the upcoming season.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and friendly hotel environment on the beautiful island of Inishbofin, while gaining valuable hospitality experience.
Position Details
- Starting rate: €14.50 per hour
- Live-in accommodation provided
- Accommodation includes a weekly food contribution of €35, deducted from salary
- Full-time hours available
- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service in our bar and restaurant
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Preparing and maintaining the bar area
- Processing payments and operating the till system
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the premises
- Working as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work both morning and evening shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Please note: this role is only open to those over 18 as serving alcohol is required.
