About the Role
Blackwater Motors Volkswagen Van Centre is looking for motivated and customer-focused Junior and Senior Sales Executives to join our growing Commercial Vehicle Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with customers and want to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable commercial vehicle.
- Manage sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer appointments.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Prepare accurate quotations and discuss finance and associated products with customers.
- Work towards and achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on all leads in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sales are completed in line with company standards.
Junior Sales Executive – Ideal Candidate
This position would suit someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic and looking to establish a long-term career in automotive sales.
Previous automotive sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Full, clean driver’s licence required.
Senior Sales Executive – Ideal Candidate
The Senior Sales Executive position is suited to an experienced salesperson who can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Full, clean driver’s licence required.
