Best Car Parks is hiring a full time Car Park Manager. The successful candidate will be based across multiple Dublin locations.
The Car Park Manager will oversee the daily operations of the parking facility. They are responsible for leading on-site teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing facility safety, handling budgeting and reporting, and driving site performance
The main responsibilities include:
- Traffic Control & Direction: Guiding drivers to available spaces, particularly during busy periods, and managing efficient entry/exit flow.
- Customer Service: Welcoming visitors, answering questions, providing directions, and helping with issues such as lost tickets.
- Security & Surveillance: Patrolling the area to prevent theft or vandalism, checking vehicle security, and sometimes monitoring CCTV.
- Fee Collection & Payment Management: Collecting parking fees, processing payments (cash/card), and managing automated pay stations.
- Enforcement & Rule Compliance: Ensuring compliance with parking regulations, issuing tickets or fines to violators, and managing unauthorized parking.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Reporting hazards (e.g., lighting, broken barriers), cleaning litter, and potentially managing snow/ice removal.
- Administrative Tasks: Logging daily events, managing, or programming parking passes.

Pay: From €16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
