About The Role:
Radisson RED is on the hunt for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our crew and bring a spark to our Human Resource operations. At Radisson RED, we’re all about creating memorable experiences—not just for our guests, but for our team members too! As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, driving our energetic RED culture that makes our hotel a standout place to work and stay!
In this role, reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take charge of all things HR, from crafting an engaging employee experience to rolling out strategies that support our internal growth and culture. Your days will be a mix of everything from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You’ll be the go-to guru for making sure our team is empowered, motivated, and aligned with our RED ethos. Building a strong, inclusive culture is vital! You’ll work closely with our team to keep the energy high and the environment thriving.
You’ll also be a key player in shaping our HR policies and procedures, ensuring they not only meet industry standards but reflect our unique Radisson RED spirit. Your knack for problem-solving, exceptional communication skills, and your flair for making HR fun and impactful will help you build strong relationships and support our amazing team members every step of the way!

- Minimum experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum educational requirements: National academic qualifications / Degree in Human Resource Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
2. Working proactively with all key stakeholders and HR business partners to maximise the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
3. Develops and implements strategies where key HR metrics are identified, communicated and delivered, where reports and tracking tools are reviewed and acted upon to ensure that strategies and initiatives are attained or exceeded.
4. Working with key stakeholders, effectively managing and reviewing the life cycle of the team within the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.
5. Owner of the Human Resources budget and training plan, where together with management, facilitates the evaluation of team performance, ensuring development plans are aligned with guest service, revenue, operational and business objectives, where the team maximises their potential and prepares them for future opportunities within the company.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and business partners both internal and external ensuring that all communications and HR activities are undertaken and delivered in a timely manner.
7. Reviews and scrutinises employee resourcing, compensation, employee development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value to the individual and the company.
8. Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
