- Facilities management including health and safety requirements, infection prevention and control requirements in a healthcare setting.
Management and delivery of projects to improve standards or make significant changes within buildings.
Management of cleaning staff or cleaning contractors including cleaning audits, standardisation of cleaning standards and taking corrective actions where cleaning standards are not being met.
Lead role in the preparation of risk management statements, risk assessments, escalation of risks and the on-going review and implementation of controls to reduce risks within buildings.
•Strong planning and organisation skills including, structuring and organising own work-load and that of others effectively • Full Clean Drivers Licence. Access to own appropriate transport is essential to fulfil the requirements of the role as the post will involve travel across sites within the IHA.
