Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drivers must ensure customer orders are delivered at the designated time.
- When required assist within the store and ensure that orders are picked on time ready for delivery.
- When required assist within the store across any of the store departments and perform sales assistant duties.
- At all times be courteous and friendly ensuring excellent Customer Service at all times.
- To carry out best practice for your store and department.
- Conduct your duties in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Conduct your duties using all safe systems of work.
- To offer advice and product knowledge to customers.
- To increase sales by promoting the products in the shop.
- Fulfil other duties as business needs dictate.
- Drivers must act as ambassadors for the brand at times whilst on duty, including whilst on the road and at the customers home.
- Drivers must be flexible to be rostered in other stores outside of their base store where the business requires.
Ideally you should have or be able to demonstrate:
- Full clean B class driving license for two years minimum is essential.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Team Player
- Experience driving a vehicle similar to a Ford transit or larger.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal English is essential).
- Previous Retail Sales experience would be beneficial.
Fully flexible to work any day Monday to Sunday and any shift between 6am and 11pm.
