We have a great opportunity for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Hobson's Restaurant team at the Tower Hotel Waterford.
Candidates must be available to work both midweek and weekends, as the role will include midweek breakfast shifts. Flexibility across a range of shifts is therefore essential.
The Candidate:

Must have excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

Flexible to work mornings, evenings, mid-week and weekends.

Friendly outgoing personality.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions:

Deliver a professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.

Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, and orders taken efficiently.

Food & Beverage service delivered in an efficient, warm friendly manner.

To always be familiar with food and beverage menus, and product.

To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company Policy.

Work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
