Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
- Provide attentive table service
- Maintain clean and organised bar and restaurant areas
- Set up and close down the bar and restaurant according to procedures
- Check and maintain stock levels
- Follow food safety, hygiene and licensing procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous bar or restaurant experience essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods
- Fluent English
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland
