Children’s Residential Service – Carlow
Eden Social Care is a children’s residential provider opening a therapeutic home for young people aged 6–12 in Carlow. From the outset, this service has been designed with one guiding principle:
safe, consistent relationships are the foundation of effective care, for young people and for staff. We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers who want to be part of building a high-quality service, with strong governance, reflective practice, and staff wellbeing embedded into daily operations.

Essential Requirements
- Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care or a CORU-eligible discipline
- CORU registration or application submitted (evidence required)
- Experience working with children and/or young people
- Knowledge of child protection and HIQA National Standards
- Full, clean manual EU driving licence

Pay: €37,500.00-€46,000.00 per year
