The Role
The Door‑to‑Door (D2D) Fundraising Campaign Manager plays a key operational leadership role in delivering Oxfam Ireland’s face‑to‑face Regular Giving acquisition programme. The role supports the implementation of the Door‑to‑Door acquisition strategy, oversees daily field operations, and ensures high‑quality donor engagement, strong team performance, and adherence to compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in leading successful face-to-face fundraising, direct sales, or field marketing, specifically with a track record of achieving or exceeding ambitious income targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and mentor a field team, including experience with performance management, recruitment, and onboarding
- Experience planning and executing sales campaigns, including territory planning and performance analysis.
- A high-energy, results-oriented, and resilient mindset, comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
