About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar & Waiting Staff to join our team at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, welcoming environment and has a genuine passion for hospitality.
You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service, whether that’s behind the bar, taking food and drink orders, or ensuring our guests feel relaxed and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests.
- Take and serve food & drink orders efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare and serve beverages at the bar.
- Handle payments and maintain accuracy.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in both bar and dining areas.
- Assist with daily setup and closing duties.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bar, food handling or waiting roles is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and flexible approach.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety is an advantage.
