The ideal candidate will be highly competent and motivated, with a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent report-writing skills, and a personable approach to customer interactions. This critical role will support operations, ensuring efficient communication and seamless service delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Prepare and write reports, summaries, and assist in presentations as required. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written communications.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers. Address enquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform various administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure coordinated efforts and effective communication.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Prior experience in an assistant role with IT responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using various IT tools and software such as Microsoft 365. Utilise different IT platforms to produce reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
