We are looking for a mature Project Manager with a strong customer-oriented and engineering mindset. This is not a classic task coordinator, but a person who is able to influence processes, improve delivery, consult clients and develop teams.
About the role:
The Project Manager will oversee multiple software development teams working primarily within staff augmentation and dedicated team engagements. The role focuses on improving delivery quality, consulting clients on best practices, optimizing processes, supporting team growth, and ensuring long-term client success. The PM will act as a bridge between clients, engineers, and company leadership while driving operational excellence across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities:
— Manage delivery across multiple client accounts;
— Coordinate 4–8 software development teams;
— Build trusted relationships with clients;
— Identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements;
— Facilitate planning, prioritization, and communication;
— Conduct one-on-ones with team members;
— Support creation and execution of PDPs;
— Mentor teams on delivery best practices;
— Prepare status reports and executive updates;
— Identify account growth and upsell opportunities;
— Ensure high client satisfaction and retention;
— Escalate and resolve delivery risks proactively;
Requirements:
— 4+ years of Project Management experience in software development;
— Experience managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously;
— Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering processes;
— Technical background or strong technical understanding;
— Experience working with international clients;
— Experience in outsourcing, outstaffing, or software services companies;
— Strong stakeholder management skills;
— Excellent verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate+).;
— Experience with Agile methodologies.;
— Strong reporting and risk management skills.
