Senior Service Advisor
DUTIES Include:
· Arranging service / repair times and dates for workshop in consultation with service receptionists, advisors, parts and customers
· Ensuring customer satisfaction – receiving and defining customers wishes and preparation of repair order
· Ensures parts, labour and any other items relating to work carried out are charged to the relevant vehicle and follow up procedure takes place for outstanding work
· Organisation within the dealership to fulfil customer needs in terms of replacement vehicles and communication regarding outstanding work
· Observing dealership guidelines and fulfilling immediate priority tasks to ensure a competitive and effective service to our customers
· Works within the team to resolve outstanding issues
· Participates in aftersales training programs
.Manage emerging Franchise car hire business within the aftersales dept.
· All other duties assigned by management
· Willing to be flexible, work occasional overtime as requested by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,500-€40,000 +per year depending on experience and skills
Pay: From €36,000.00 per year
