Pharmacy Technician
Full-Time qualified and experienced pharmacy technician required for an independent midlands pharmacy.
This vacancy is would suite a recently qualified technician or an experienced technician.
Where
· Dolans Pharmacy, Tullamore.
We offer
· Strong support team – our dispensary team typically has 4/5 pharmacists/technicians rostered at any time.
· Experience – our core pharmacy team have been with us between 25 and 50 years.
· Learning environment – at any time, we typically have at least 1 one trainee Pharmacist or Technician on placement with us or enrolled on distance learning.
· A modern spacious dispensary and working facilities.
You must have
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is required.
- Familiarity with government schemes essential.
- Experience with McLernons MPS suite [preferred].
- Experience with PCRS claims [preferred].
- A Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, medications, and dosage forms
- Be available to work in-person
- Have a work permit already if required.
Key Points to Note
· Candidate must be Qualified as a Pharmacy Technician.
· Monday through Saturday are working days.
· McLernon/MPS is used in our stores.
About
Dolans Pharmacy exists as we know it since the 1970’s but the location has a much older history, possibly the oldest pharmacy in Ireland.
