NJD Consulting Engineers Ltd. is seeking a Property Surveyor / Engineer to join our growing Property Surveys division.
The successful candidate will undertake:
- Pre-Purchase Structural Surveys
- Snag List Inspections
- Boundary Checks and Folio Reviews
- Inspections of projects under construction
throughout Tipperary, Waterford, Kilkenny and Cork.
The role is primarily site-based and will involve carrying out inspections, preparing professional reports and providing practical advice to property owners and purchasers.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying or similar
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Full Irish Category B Driving Licence
- Currently resident in Ireland
- Legally entitled to work in Ireland
