If so, we want to hear from you.
Electro Automation Group is looking for a reliable, focused and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our established warehouse team in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.

Your role will be central to making sure the right products and materials are available when they are needed.
You'll be joining a growing Irish business where there is an opportunity to build a long-term career, develop your skills and become an important part of the team.

Our warehouse plays a critical role in supporting our engineers, projects, customers and operations.
We are looking for someone who understands that a well-run warehouse is about much more than moving boxes. It is about accuracy, organisation, stock control, safety and getting things where they need to be, when they need to be there.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day movement and control of stock and materials.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and checking incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Processing goods in promptly and accurately.
- Picking and preparing materials requested by Service Engineers, managers and other teams.
- Preparing goods for collection, delivery and dispatch.
- Operating forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Managing goods out and ensuring all stock leaving the warehouse is correctly recorded.
- Processing stock issues, transfers and customer returns.
- Ensuring products are correctly labelled, barcoded and traceable.
- Storing stock correctly and maintaining an organised warehouse.
- Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and stock accuracy activities.
- Managing inter-store transfers and ensuring stock movements are recorded correctly.
- Supporting receiving, packing, dispatch and quarantine areas.
- Ensuring office deliveries are passed to the appropriate staff promptly and securely.
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, tidy and safe.
- Monitoring packing materials and warehouse consumables.
- Following all Health & Safety, quality, ISO and environmental procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure engineers and customers receive the materials they need.
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
What We're Looking For

You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' previous warehouse experience in a busy operational environment.

- Full clean driving licence.
- Good written and spoken English.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who:
Takes pride in their work.
You are organised, focused and dependable. You don't need to be constantly supervised to get the job done. You understand the importance of getting things right and take responsibility for your area.
You know that if stock isn't received correctly, picked accurately or put away properly, it can impact an engineer, a customer or an entire project.
You are the type of person who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
Your Experience Could Include
Experience in any of the following would be valuable:
- Goods In / Goods Out
- Warehouse Operations
- Stock Control

You arrive knowing what needs to be done.
Goods are received, checked and put away correctly. Orders and engineer requests are picked accurately and ready when required. Stock movements are recorded properly. The warehouse is organised and safe. Forklift operations are carried out efficiently. Problems are identified and dealt with rather than left for someone else.

That's the difference a good Warehouse Operative makes.
