We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker/Fitter to join our team. As a growing business dedicated to delivering high-quality furniture, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet making and fitting, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish and lead apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and fit custom cabinets and furniture pieces.
- Operate and maintain workshop machinery proficiently.
- Oversee projects from initial design to final installation.
- Mentor and guide apprentices in their development.
- Perform spray painting and finishing tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker.
- Proficiency in using all workshop machinery.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Experience in spray painting is a plus.
- Full driving license.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy furniture.
