Project Manager (Utilities)
eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading utilities and infrastructure contractor to recruit Project Managers for Dublin-based roles.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering ESB, Uisce Éireann, and civil infrastructure projects across the region.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of utility and infrastructure projects from planning and coordination through to construction and commissioning.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating multiple stakeholders and site activities.

Requirements
- Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Project Manager: 4–7 years’ experience in utilities, power, or infrastructure delivery
- Experience with ESB Networks, utility ducting, cable installation, substations, or public realm works beneficial
- Knowledge of permit systems, traffic management, and utility coordination advantageous
- Strong experience in site coordination, setting out, and technical support
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, crews, and stakeholders
- Strong focus on health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Commercial awareness including variations, change management, and reporting
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Safe Pass and relevant utility certifications desirable
