Job Overview
We’re looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to join our team. The ideal persons should have a strong background in coffee preparation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a high standard
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with specialty coffee
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
