Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician with valid QC number to join our friendly team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as an RECI Electrician working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive repairs team.
- Reactive maintenance to domestic and commercial properties
- Fault finding and repair
- Periodic testing
- Partial and full re-wire of properties
- Ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Work on own initiative to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Required:
- Fully qualified
- Minimum 4-5 years post-apprenticeship experience
- Accredited Electrical Qualified Certifier (QC), or willing/able to achieve within 2 months
- Experience of domestic / property maintenance service - e.g. periodics, rewire
- Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
- Manual handling (will be provided)
- A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.
- Full Current driving licence
- Excellent personal presentation and time keeping skills.
- Ability to work diligently, as part of a team.

Salary: €52,000 gross plus tax free subsistence allowance
Hours:
39 hours - 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm.
Overtime available.
