Blackthorn celebrates the finest Irish produce, brought to life through the artistry of charcoal grilling. Our menu showcases expertly sourced, high-quality ingredients, with dishes crafted over a Mibrasa Charcoal Grill, delivering bold flavors with every bite.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in 4/5* hotels or an established restaurant.
- An interest or knowledge in wine, food, cocktail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
