Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
Manage stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
Monitor budgets, sales performance, and operating costs to achieve business objectives.
Implement and maintain company policies and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Develop strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate business records.
