We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispensary Assistant to join our friendly pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a caring approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
- Providing excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized dispensary area
- Assisting with general pharmacy duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy or dispensary is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- A team player with a willingness to learn
