Your key responsibilities will include:

Prepare and serve a range of food and beverages, including barista-style coffees and drinks

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

Set up service counters and maintain attractive food and drink displays

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

Ensure all service and work areas are clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times

Follow food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures in line with training

Operate and maintain coffee machines and other catering equipment safely, reporting any issues

Ensure proper storage of food items, ingredients, and equipment after service

Restock supplies, including crockery, ingredients, and beverages as required

Work collaboratively with team members and support colleagues across all areas

Respond to customer requests with a positive attitude and strive to exceed expectations
