As a Talent Acquistion Coordinator, you will manage the essential day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our recruitment programmes moving, while providing the accurate reporting needed to smash our performance objectives. Working side-by-side with our Client Services Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients and candidates receive an exceptional, seamless experience.
Responsibilites include:
Operational Excellence & Accountability
- Process Mastery: Support and improve team processes, becoming a power-user of our internal systems to keep all records 100% complete and up to date.
- Recruitment Support: Assist consultants with the tight end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - including writing and posting compelling job adverts, monitoring open vacancies, and prepping client interview packs.
- Coordination & Logistics: Proactively schedule high volumes of client and candidate interviews using modern recruitment technology.
- Compliance & Adherence: Keep compliance front and centre, ensuring full alignment with client portals, SLAs, and relevant recruitment laws/regulations.
- Data & Insights: Facilitate candidate and hiring manager surveys, monitor KPIs, and help produce regular activity reports to identify areas for improvement.
Great Customer Experience & Growth
- Relationship Building: Help maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering service that aligns perfectly with SLAs.
- Candidate Allyship: Support the onboarding of new hires and maintain a loyal candidate pool by being highly responsive, professional, and helpful.
