Laptop Repair Technician (Windows & Mac)
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Laptop & Mobile Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires an expert in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on Windows laptops and Apple MacBooks. Crucially, you must have advanced experience with board-level diagnostics and micro-soldering. Experience with smartphone and tablet repair is highly desirable and a major plus.Key Responsibilities
- Perform component-level micro-soldering and board repair.
- Diagnose logic board failures using schematics.
- Repair liquid damage and short circuits.
- Diagnose and repair Windows and Mac laptops.
- Troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Replace laptop screens, batteries, and keyboards.
- Upgrade internal components like RAM and SSDs.
- Diagnose and repair Apple iPhone and Android phones.
- Replace mobile screens, charge ports, and batteries.
- Manage repair tickets and document diagnostic notes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced micro-soldering and motherboard repair experience.
- Ability to read schematics and board views.
- Proficiency with multimeters, DC power supplies, and hot air stations.
- Proven experience repairing Windows and Mac hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for iOS and Android.
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS and macOS.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of professional repair experience.
- Background in micro-soldering or electronics repair.
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Apple ACMT, or WISE) are a plus.
Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
